Happy 4th of July Weekend!

Here’s to the beach parties and the backyard BBQs. Celebrate the stars and stripes with sparklers and of course, fireworks!

And as a special summer treat, add a little pop to the party with these sweet, maple water ice cubes. I got this recipe from DrinkMaple. Maple Water is so delicious, IĀ HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend it for every occasion. (And no, I’m not being sponsored by them). No added anything and totally organic, vegan, and did I mention, delicious? It’s only got 7 grams of natural sugar but plenty of the good stuff like manganese and calcium.

Step 1: Gather ingredients

– 12oz bottle of maple water (1 bottle per ice tray)

– Blueberries

– Strawberries (chopped up)

– ice trays

Chop your strawberries into bite size pieces. Then put the fruit into the trays. I used 2 blueberries and 2 strawberries for each cube. Lastly, pour in the maple water.

Stick the tray in the freezer for a few hours or overnight if possible.

Add to any beverage for refreshing and festive flavor. Enjoy!

I hope everyone has a happy and safe Fourth of July!
